Beth Hooker represents one of the better examples of the fine talent to come out of the San Antonio and South Texas area. Since her early days in the region with such fine bands as Home Cooking, Moonlight Delight, Messenger, and Stardust she has gone on to a shining career on the Stage, Movies, and recording industry. Her more recent activities as backup vocalist with Don Henley and Billy Joel represents just a few examples. Other work includes tours and recording with the likes of Sting, Neil Diamond, Scorpians, and Foreigner to name a few. This is truly a local girl Cinderella story.
